Voltage Booster Wiring and Setup
Wiring
- Connect the PV Array P+ and P- Wires to the Voltage Booster Low Voltage Side P+ and P- Terminals
- Connect the Voltage Booster High Voltage Output Terminals to the PV Diodes (if used) which then connects to the Solar VSD.
Output Voltage Setting
- Set b0-03 to required Output Voltage (Default = 580V DC; Must be more than 1.414 x Required AC Output to Motor)
Auto Start Setup
- Set P0-02 = 1 (Terminal Control)
- Short-circuit the DI1 terminal with the COM terminal.
* This will ensure that the Voltage Booster automatically starts after 5 seconds when DC power is sufficient.
